Refund/Replacement Information

We want you to be happy with your Christina Moss Naturals® purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product(s) within the first 30 days for replacement or a full refund.

If you wish to make a return, please email our Customer Service at Service@ChristinaMossNaturals.com who will help process your return.

IMPORTANT: Please include your order number, your full name and address (as it appears on your order) and the reason for your return, and let us know if you’d like a refund or replacement product(s).

Item(s) must be returned in their original bottle or jar.

Please note that refunds can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process and will be refunded back to the payment method used. It will cover the original price you paid at the time of purchase, minus any shipping fees.
