IMPORTANT NOTE: Our moisturizer should be stored at room temperature or in the fridge. We don’t use chemical stabilizers (essentially anti-freeze) so it’s possible the moisturizer may be liquefied upon receipt during warmer months. Therefore we recommend that you give the moisturizer a shake and refrigerate it for 24 hours before using. This will allow it to return to normal.

    I love the size of this bottle, it fits perfectly, in any size purse/travel bag. The pump design allows for no mess/waste and dispenses the perfect amount every time. It has a soft creamy texture, that’s thin in consistency. First thing I noticed, was an intense black licorice scent “star anise” which faded gradually. You only need a small amount to cover ‘face/neck/decollatė” A little goes a long way, so…. this bottle will last awhile, making it very affordable! It absorbed slowly into my skin and didn’t leave any tacky/greasy residue. My skin felt soft, silky and moisturized, with NO weird sensations.

    I have been using the tube version of it, and now i got the new packaged version but the cream in it is crystalised not as soft as the tube cream, it has some white beads when i apply, not sure why.

    This is the very best facial moisturizer I’ve purchased..ever! I have sensitive skin and this moisturizer calms my complexion and keeps my face moisturized, but never greasy. I use it underneath my makeup. Its a truly wonderful product and the anise oil is a very healing aroma.

    This is my all time favorite face moisturizer! I have tried the unscented also which I like but I like this one way more (the unscented is a bit thicker in consistency). I wish it would come back in stock because I am almost out!!

    I received your letter and would like to express my LOVE for your products! I recently went on a girls trip with some of my closest buds. Of course when you are with your friends you just have to try their products!! 🙂 I noticed that they all used animal cruelty and natural products. I am absolutely against animal cruelty and I support causes like ASPCA and others, however I never really thought about the products that I purchase on a regular basis. Once I returned home, I searched for a product to try. I came across your products and liked what I saw and I also thought they were priced reasonably. After the first use I was hooked! I love they way they feel, smell, and most of all WORK! I use the shampoo, conditioner, face wash, and face moisturizer.     This moisturizer is awful. it arrived via Amazon and yet i hadn’t ordered on Amazon. It smells like medicine. I will not use it and would like a refund. Half of it poured out when i opened the bottle due to design.

    This is a really wonderful facial moisturizer. I have been using it for 3 months now. I have been using both the unscented and Anise (one at night and other in the am) since I love the smell of licorice and know it adds benefits healthwise and detoxifies. The smell disipates pretty fast which is usual for a high quality organic oil. I must say that both of these moisturizers are very thick and concentrated so a little goes a long way. It has been very enriching to my skin and really keeps it hydrated all day and night. My friends even mentioned how radiant & moist my skin looks. I never feel like there is a layer of anything either left over as I am sensitive to that. It does soak in and doesn’t leave a filmy feel. I haven’t found anything like this and will be using these for a long time. A friend of mine had an extreme facial dryness due to a treatment he received and I suggested he try these. He didn’t like Anise smell so he chose the unscented one. It handled the issue within a week of using it which was very surprising that it was so immediate. It is the most economical I can find being so concentrated. I also let another friend who tried the Anise one for a month and she had all the same things to say that I do. I am always looking for 100% Certified Organic products and this one wins over all those I have tried. I highly recommend it.

    I’m very pleased with this lotion. I’ve been trying different facial lotions because I have extremely bad rosacea, and everything seemed to irritate it. However, this lotion works wonders! It doesn’t leave a sticky film and really hydrates, plus it doesn’t add anymore redness to my sensitive skin. It smells like licorice too!
